linking curtain walling

I am creating a 3d model and was wondering Is it possible to link certain mullions on a curtain to a floor level? as I want it to be possible to raise floor levels with the mullions moving with it.

MulLions are hosted by curtain grids. That said, you van lock the curtain grid to the level so when it moves it will bring the grid and therefore the mullions.
