Stairs - Cut line

Can i control the location of the cut line in stairs withoute using the view range change the cut line???

Becouse i like rather to see the cut line in the top then in the cut line.

No. Revit uses the View cut line of the view/level that the stair is hosted on.

Yes you can, sort of: make a plan region around the entire stair & reassign the cut height value.
