Ceiling Tags Scaling

If I post a ceiling tag to a floor plan view (1/16"), then duplicate that view as a dependent with the newly created views being at (1/8"), how do I update the scale of the ceiling tags?

Several things are going on there:

1. If you make the view dependant, and change the scale, youre changing the scale of both views.

2. Tags in Revit are made for PRINT size, not VIEWPORT size. They arent going to scale (ever). They are the size theyre meant to be printed, regardless of view scale.

3. If this is part of a school assignment, then kudos... One of the better questions so far. :)
