rendering views with lights in ceiling

hi

i have added lighting into the ceiling of my design, and when i now render as i did before adding lighting there appears to be dark patches appear, what do i need to do when irender the view to make it look artificially light with lighting?

What do i need to do to make the building look like its night time for a render?
