Converting a walkthrough to an AVI File??

I was wondering could anyone help me on how i could possibly convert my walkthrough to an AVI file. Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.

I don't know of a way to directly convert it, but you could use a screen capture software to capture a video of your walk thru. Camtasia is the most popular, its costs $300 but has a free 30 day trial that I'm not sure of its legal rules. CamStudio is a freeware screen capture tool. I haven't used it yet, but it does have AVI as one of its 2 native formats. http://camstudio.org
