Shared and Project levels

Is there a way to move Shared and Project levels together without messing up the sections and elevations??

Have you trued 'Relocate project"?

Yea the topo points are still at 0' instead of 100' when I am modifying. I need my project base level to be @ 100' so I don't get a negative number on my topo points while modifying the topo. I need 99' instead of -1'. any ideas?

The trouble is the I have drawn the house and when I move the levels alone (project base level) stuff get deleted.... and the sections and elevaions go crazy
