Oven Text Showing Through

I inserted an oven (Oven Double-Built-in 24 1/4" x 50 3/8" x 24" from the Revit library) into a Kitchen layout on the fiirst floor. The text is showing through in a second floor bedroom above. Nothing else shows through, just the text. See attached image. Has anyone else encountered this? I have tried the following fixes.
1. Changed the label in the family types property from oven to nothing.
2. Tried visibility / Graphics but could not fine a check box for appliance label text.
3. Reloaded the family and reinserted in plan.
4. Verified that the oven is installed at the proper height and is not poking through the ceiling.

I am using Release 5.1 Build 20030502_2019.

I could delete the text from the family itself but I would rather have it work as it should.

Hmm.. In Release 5.1 Build 20030708_1418 the text doesn't show through to the second level when underlayed or not. The family on the other hand has a bad label link, must of happen on some bad content upgrade. I will go through the rest of the content and verify. As for a quick fix on the family I attached a fixed family. You may want to try a newer build. Hope this helps...

Thanks for taking a shot at this. Unfortunately, I reinserted the revised oven family and still had the same problem. As a work around I copied and edited the oven family to delete the tag. I have subsequently inserted some vanity countertops on the second floor which are showing through to the first floor. I would prefer not to do an uninstall and reinstall in the middle of a project. Where can I send the file for someone to look at it?
