Export to ACAD (text)

We are having some export issues with text. Whenever we export to ACAD our text wants to go to 2 lines instead of 1. I figured out that this is because the font seems to be enlarging slightly when exporting. Also, the dimension text wants to do the same thing, even when there is plenty of space on the line. Anyone else run accross this or know how to fix it?

guess no one knows. For now we are filter selecting all the text and increasing the width property, but it would be great to have this fixed.
