call out re-directions?

I have a bunch of call outs on a Floor Plan, which has become redundant. The "new" typical floor plan is now one level above. Is there any, easy, way to get the callouts to show up on the "new" floor plan, while keeping the placement of those callouts on the title sheets, as well as the annotations. The more I think about this the less I think there is an easy way to do this. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

PS - Ideally I am just trying to avoid copying over all the annotations and then placing the new call outs on the sheets again, but realize this may not be possible.

Is the original floor still "typical"? If so keep the original views and annotations, and use reference callouts on the new typical floor.
