Selecting anything and they move!

HELP!
It started yesterday and I don't know what changed...

When ever I select a tag, wall, ceiling, floor, anything, etc it moves on its own towards the top of my screen. All I am doing is single clicking.

I can't afford to have this issue. Its very hard to work with.

I've tried deleting families I'm not using, thinking that its a file size issue. My file is down to 15.1MB.

I do not know what to do. Has anyone else had this issue and do you know how to fix it???

I'd really appreciate the help.

Ok... I've isolated the issue to just my computer.

I unchecked "Press & Drag".
Hydravision was already disabled. I checked.
Unfortunately my video card sucks, ATI FireGL V3100, and it only has one DVI out put. I have dual monitors and the closest resolution I can get them both too is VGA 1600x1024 & DVI 1680x1050. I do have Revit displayed on my primary monitor, which is on my DVI connection.

What worked was moving the Options Bar to dock at the bottom of the screen... wierd.

I'm disappointed in Autodesk.

We had a plumbing designer install Paint.Net photo editing software on his machine and then started having this same problem. He'd click a pipe or a fixture and it would move itself about 4 feet. Uninstalling the Paint.Net software solved the problem.
