Revit could not load DBGHELP.DLL

Hi I am using Revit Architecture 2009 x64bit on Windows XP Professional x64bit SP2,
Recently when I am trying to do Save as, or open this error message is appearing - "Revit could not load DBGHELP.DLL". I have tried re-installing it but no use, same problem.
Please find attached screenshot of the error message.

How many Review Warning do you have?
Did you Audit the file?
Can you retrieve a backup? if so, does it have the same problem?
Has Worksharing been enabled for this project?

anyone ever get this resolved? I am having this error appear every time I try to export a hidden line 3d view to an acad dwg.

-revit 2011 on windows xp
-worksharing enabled
-network license
-audited and purged file

I'm going to try reinstalling revit now (from what I've read reinstalling the program for other windows applications has been the fix ... we'll see if revit is the same) - if it works I will post again

in the meantime help would be greatly appreciated
