Label Parameter Question

I am adding additional labels to our titleblock. Our default includes code analysis and we list which codes the project complys with. I know I can create individual labels for each code (ex. 2006 IRC, 2006 IBC etc) but it would be great to use the same parameter setup that revit uses for the project address. Is there a way to have the "edit" dialog box that Revit uses for the project address for other labels? Any suggestions would be great.

I believe that is an API configuration, not easily customizable to the end user.

You could try creating a Generic Annotation family, with text fields for each of the code selections, and using either multiple types within the family, or a visibilty parameter to show the ones that apply to the project.
