Error Message Help Please

I have been recieving this error message periodically that wont let me open my project. The error says "An attempt was made to access File name. rte past its end." and thats it and the project wont open - all i can do is open a back up file which obviously is not the most up to date. Can anyone help me with this?

It sounds like a corrupted file, April. Best to contact your Revit Service rep. They'll probably have you upload them the file.

Steve Stafford cast some light on this error message a while back.


... this is a database error that Microstation users get sometimes too (at least you see it when you use EDG if I remember correctly). You need to contact support or see if a backup file is recent enough to proceed. You'll need to dredge up as much history on what took place leading up to the error so support can help determine what caused it.
