Welcome to AUGI. In the future, please try to make your thread title more specific to your actual question.
You need to look at file linking and copy/monitor. There is lots of info in the Help file and here on these forums. Typically a consultant will LINK your model in (not work directly in it) and create his/her own Revit model. Then you can link their file in, and various elements can be copied/monitored back and forth so that all parties will be notified when one of these C/M'd elements changes.
