text formatting

I remember seeing a while on here that you could change the formatting of text fields by hitting CTRL+SHIFT+L to create bulleted or numbered lists, but I'm trying to do this now and as soon as I click outside of the text box the formatting reverts back to how it was. I was looking for the old post but couldn't find it anywhere. Can anyone enlighten me as to how to actually use this command?

Not available yet, other than what you are experiencing. I use a key schedule to get number lists. Works well. David Baldacchino's Do u Revits blog started me off.
