2D CLOSETS : SYMBOL OR OTHER FAMILY?

I want to make a 2d symbol for closet. I started with a generic annotation symbol which I send you to check, but when I insert it in a project it is really big!!!
Why is this happening?

Anyway, what do I have to use as a template to get it right?

symbols are scale dependent. Use a Casework family template for your closet
