I'd like the units levels to show 3 decimal places (eg. 202.955m) instead of the 2 decimal places that looks like the default. Can someone help?

Go to settings, project units, click on length, and select rounding to 2 decimal places.

I should have said Level units instead. My project units are to 0 decimals, but yet the Levels show at 2 decimals. (and I still want 3). Changing >project units>length>decimals doesn't do a thing to the number of decimals for Levels...

Works for me.
Try loading a new level head, maybe yours is a customised one ?

Hey fellow reviteers ;)
This is what I want to know too... is there a way to show Level in DIFFERENT units?
eg. your normal units in millimeters, while your RL (levels) are in METERS..... so far I know it can be done, so you have to MANUALLY do text note on these...

To get levels to show metres instead of the project default (of say, milimetres) go into the level head family and edit it. Pick the "Elevation" label. In Element Properties, click on edit format. Untick "Use project settings" up top. Change the units and decimals etc to whatever you want.

Richard is asking if it's possible to mix project units so that the Levels report meters and the remainder in millimeters.
The only way that could be done would be to use dumb opaqued text placed over the level height indicator text.
