Properties tool pallet

I had my properties pallet docked to the left side of screen and now it is not working. I restarted acad mutiple times nothin. ctrl 1 no help. I can see it but can not drag it out.

any ideas??

If you right-click on its titlebar you should get a pop-up menu. One of the options is Allow Docking, uncheck this and it should change PropPal into floating again.
