Instance property defaults

I'm guessing the answer is no, but is there any way to change the default values for an instance parameter of a family within the project itself?

My guess is it must be done in the family editor, correct?

You can change them for the next project, but it will NOT change them in a project where the family has already been put into that project.

Patrick, no there is not a way to change them within that project. Even duplicating the type will not do it, because those instance parameters have already had values provided previously.
The only Way I have found to provide differing instance parameter values to different types within the same family, is with a type catalog.
