Revit Implementation

I am wondering if there is anything out there about implementing revit? How to's, what not to do's, things to look out for, etc. We are looking into doing a pilot project with Revit and possibly going with Revit company wide if the pilot goes well.

Any help or suggestions are greatly appreciated.

Thanks Jim....I quickly browsed through it and it looks great. I only wish I could be at AU right now networking with guys like yourself! I'll just keep my eyes open in the coming weeks for everyones reports on AU.
