Civil 3D 2010 dwgs and TrueView

How can one get True View to correctly view a Civil 3D drawing so the Civil3D features are seen properly instead of unrecognized blocks? There doesn't aseem to be anyway to input a plug-in for it.

Check to see if there is an object enabler for DWG TrueView posted at Autodesk.
