Doesn't Start

I changed laptop with Windows 7 64 Bit and intel i7 processor. I just installed RSA2010 and all possible service packs, but there is problem - Robot doesn't start after double click on the software icon. Is only visible first screen of RSA and then nothing. Also few seconds after double-click application name is leaving the processes area in the windows task manager.

Have you any idea where is problem, I mention that RSA worked on previous laptop with Win7 x64 bit.

problem resolved, software has sometimes problem with registering components. Customer service resolved it through remote desktop. :)

Not true . RSA 2010 works perfectly on win7 32 and 64bit
RSA 2011 is the 1st one to have a 64bit version.
