Any Way To Globally Edit Link Info?

I've got a structural model linked into my project. There are things within the structural link that I don' want to see...grids, loads, etc. Rather than going thru every single view and turning those off, is there a way to globally turn them off once?

First check out the structural model and see if they have divided these items onto various worksets. If so then you can load the specidic worksets containing the elements critical to your work. If not then you might be able to get your engineer to places the grids on a workset and the analytical stuff on another workset but they may not be interested in the extra work.

I think you can set up View Templates for all view types, using the Visibility/Graphics
"Custom" setting for linked files which will display only what you need from the linked RS
model.
