ok.. i will try to explain this so it makes sence

ive got a bunch of linked 'suites' in a large retirement residence.

i show these links on the overall plan with NO annotation, just a picture.

then i've got blowup plan details of each suite. some of the suites were modeled in a different rotation than the detailed plan in my main file.

for this i need to rotate my tags. i noticed the room tages have, horizontal, vertical, and now, MODEL, which allowed me to accomplish this. but i still need to be able to do this for door and wall tags

any advice?

At some point in the past I thought I had heard or read something about Revit following the graphic convention of text reading either from left to right or bottom to top. If so then the tag orientation makes sense as is and the room tags should be rotated 180 degrees.

this file is the link. in the main file this suite is rotate in different directions, i need to tag elements within the link files for them to show up in the main file.

once in the main file, the rotation changes and then the tags will be "readable" but i need to tag as shown in the attached image to achieve that.

any suggestions?
