In the last round of Revit 2010 updates, they added a new function under "View" - "User Interface" - "keyboard shortcuts"
There, you can create any keyboard shortcut you want, for any of the Revit commands, however, be careful as it will not warn you if you have two commands with the same shortcut. You can also then export your list and open it in Excel.

A tip that I picked up on , is to use the default keyboard shortcuts.
it makes it easier to jump around from computer to computer. and you don't have as much downtime when you're changing versions of revit too.

Most of our users haven't been taking advantage of shortcuts, likely because they are coming off microstation and shortcuts were complex and buggy. Anyway what I have done to get away from the defaults which I found to be sparse and sometimes oddly defined was to export the OOTB list and save on our standards server and then I've exported my own more populated shortcut file to the server location. This way I can go from computer to computer and it only takes a second to switch shortcuts out and then back. More times than not though, the user is quite curious about all the shortcuts I'm using and asks me to leave it that way and walk them thru how shortcuts work.

In the past I have created a pdf with the standard Revit 2010 shortcouts. You can find them here:
