Hi!
I have a polyline consists of two segments.
I'm making a grading object using this polyline.
I want the slope on first segment to be 1:2
And the second slope is 1:3.
How can I toggle the slope (I mean in one point, without transition).

Foracad

This is where and when on add slope tags and regions to ones grading objects.
It works best if you have a vertex or an intersection to snap to, when adding the
addition slope tag while on the SLOPES tab of the grading wizard or while one is
editing the grading objects properties.

Mark,

Your solution is great if one is keying in site grading lines that will be used
to create break lines in things like parking lots!

Wasn't sure what he wanted to do, create a grading object from the pline and edit the regions or create a breakline. Now he knows how to do both :-P

Thanks for your answers!
I describe my question in details (see attachment):

I have a polyline "abc" on elevation 0.
The slope on "ab" segment is to be 0.5
And the one on "bc" segment is to be 2
(Points d, e, f are on elevation 100).

So, picture in attachment is drawn using additional constructions.
Can I adjust the grading object properties to get what I described above?

Yes, follow the instructions given above.
Create the grading object, by either
Apply Grading, and Or Grading Wizard.
If by Apply Grading then used Edit Grading Properties
to add additional slope tags where you need then
and adjust there slopes as required.

Your attachment didnt make it.

In a word, Yes. By selecting the grading object, you can edit the individual regions as to slope, distance, target, elevation, etc. If you zoom out so the entire object is in your view, when you select the grading object and right click -edit grading object properties (vertex, slope tag or target region) you should see a box on the individual region as you go through the dialog and click next or previous ( the arrows at the top of the dialog ). When you apply the edits, they will affect the region where the box is located. You should see either a red or blue (default colors) rectangle extend from the vertex selected. Depending on the distance set in the proerties, will effect the width of the rectangle that is drawn. and the target type will determine the length of the rectangle.

Ok, thank you!
Actually I didn't manage the problem. But I gonna practice more :)
