I am passing along this issue, which I have discussed with Joe Kendsersky. That said, I don't know if it is a true bug or defect, but it is a significant issue that I think needs to be resolved and it includes a signifcant crash error.

Take an existing project you have done in Revit and pretend that you just found out that the project needs to be oriented 180 degrees from the orientation it is currently at. If you want to have a readable set of drawings, you will also need to change the orientation of project north in your views. This requires both re-orienting true north (which is done in Tools>Locations and Coordinates>Rotate Project / True North) and actually rotating the entire project so that project north is not "down". Unfortunately, if you try to select everything and use the rotate command, you will likely get a fatal error that will crash Revit.

There are a number of workarounds that will help with this to some degree, but none of them easily allow for re-orienting a project in both true and project north systems.

I would like to see a feature within Tools>Locations and Coordinates>Relocate this Project that allows for rotating the project as well as the current move capability.

You could try linking the project into another file, sharing co-ordinates, rotating the project 180 degrees, and publishing the new co-ordinates (and thus the new rotation) back to your project...
