AutoCAD 2009 Install Issue

i setup autocad 2009 64bit on my laptop (win7 64bit)\
when i open the outocad icon message appear((the application has failed to start because it's side-by-side configuration is incorrect . please see the application event log or use the command-line sxstrace.exe tool for more detail))

i setup visual c++ 2008 but autocad didnt run

please i want help
