searching for Hospital equipment content

Hope this is the correct forum.
I am looking for blocks showing hospital equipment in plan view for space planning purposes. Specifically, a "COW" ("Computer On Wheels" cart). I am hoping for more detail than just a rectangle. Thanks in advance.
