Is it possible to set your column Top Level to a sloped work plane? Thanks.

If you have the work plane(reference plane) named you can select the column. then you can attach the top and select the work plan. It will not cope the column to the angle of the work plane, but it will attach the center of the column to the plane.

You can actually cut the column to the reference plane, and it doesnt even need to be named (but it should be for consistency and to make sure everyone else in the office knows what it is there for)
If you have a number of columns all cut to a similar plane follow this workflow
Open a section which has the work plane you would like the columns cut to
Open a 3D view with all the columns Visible
Select all columns you would like to cut
switch windows back to the section
Select attach top/base
Set the following
Attach Column -> Top, Attachment Style -> Cut Column, Attachement Just. -> Maximum Intersection
And you can also set an offset from the reference plane if required.
You could use the same workflow if you have a sloping slab as well
Hope that helps
