I am new to Revit, is there a way to purge or repair a corrupt drawing? I have a model I am working on that seems to crash more often. It is not a big file either. Please advise, thanks.
First thing to try is to do an Audit on the file. When you go File>Open there is a tick box for Audit. Click yes on the message that pops up and locate your file and let the file continue opening. This will take a while. Once you have done that do a purge inside of Revit. Go to Manage and click on Purge Unused. Once you have done that do File save as.
Question did you load Autocad files into your project? If so did you link them in or did you explode them?

With the project open Go to the modify tab and chose the Warnings button. then go thru all the warnings and fix them.
