Heavy End Annotation

Is it true that you can control a heavy arrow head on a spot elevation (as attached) but not on the leader arrow? (not that I can find anyhow)

You can adjust the tick size and pen weight of a heavy end arrow in either case, using Settings > Annotations > Arrowheads

I have the same arrow head applied to the spot elevation & the text leader, it seems with the spot you get the line weight control on the head but not with the text leader?

Just checking that I wasn't missing something.

That's correct. You can control the leader line weight for text, but not for a spot elevation marker - its factory pre-set.
