Floor Finish Visibility

On my first floor plan I have two separate spaces with two separate floors that have two different finishes. One area has a wood plank floor finish which shows on the Ploan View. The other area has a ceramic tile finish and does not show on the Plan View.
What am I doing wrong?????

For the "invisible floor"--Check the following

1. Make sure its on the correct workset and that the workset is turned on in the view.

2. Make sure it is not hidden with the sunglasses or light bulb tool.

3. Make sure it is not "buried" in the concrete floor slab--i.e. offset from Level.

4. Make sure the "surface pattern" for the floor Material is enabled in the Material,
and not "overridden" or turned off in the View.
