Spot Elevation

Is there a way to show the unit format (feet and inchs) and (decimal points) at the same time?

Spot elevations are system families and we aren't able to add another parameter label to them.
A quick workaround would be to duplicate your spot elevation family of choice, change the text location of one to be above the line the other to be below the line. Change the units formatting of one type to the alternate units. Place your spot elevations, copy/paste aligned and then switch the copies for the alternate type.
