Keynotes and numbered types

I am trying to use a keynote schedule to create an abbreivation leged. I have a objects which are numbered by type, ie chairs, CH1, CH2, CH3 etc. I have a schedule which details what all the types are. Now I want just a legend that says CH* or even CH1 indicates chair type. So 2 questions:
1. Is it possible to get CH1, CH2, CH3 to all reference in the keynote legend as CH - Chair Type (I am suspecting the answer is no, so if not)
2. Is it possible to filter the schedule so only CH1 will show up, then 2 onwards won't, but anything that does not end in a number (as there are a mix of keynotes) will show up. I have played around with the filters but can't get this to work.

I think perhaps a Furniture Schedule would work better.

A Keynote Legend is really for creating an overall List of Keynotes which are used throughout the project.
