Hi there,
Fairly new to revit. I'd say I'm intermediate almost. I get how it works, I feel like I can model a lot of things, and I'm starting to look for best practices.
I have a lot of trouble with roof/fascia in residential.
In order to get the fascia to look right under the roof, I feel like I have to make a roof that is just sheathing. Then make another under it for the trusses.. warning, double work. Not good.
What I'm doing now is making a roof that is just sheathing and then a soffit, and I'm actually putting the fascia on the soffit.
How do you guys do this so it looks right, sections right etc?
