In my mind the the Revit subscription price is really nothing more that a commodity. Our office is full of expert Revit users and so we get zero added value out of our resellers. The only thing that differentiates resellers for us is price. As we have multiple licenses we typically try to negotiate the the subscription price down a bit.
Has anyone had luck getting a better subscription pricing out of your resellers? If so what?

Wouldn't it be great if Autodesk stepped up to the plate and said to their resellers "Here are the minimum requirements to be a Revit reseller. If you can't meet these requirements we are gonna let someone else service this area for Revit. No more half @$$ed support." Or just sell it on the web to people in those areas, with no reseller markup.
We have a great reseller, with real expertise, and we are happy to pay a higher price for Revit to get that support. But if our reseller was one of those with a 22 year old "trainer" with two years of AutoCAD experience in mechanical design and a three day Revit Fundamentals, who thinks he can teach Revit cause it has the same ribbon UI as everything else. Well, he has another think coming, and so does Autodesk. And I would be ****** if Autodesk forced me to buy Revit from them, at any price.
