Mouse wheel not Orbiting, Zooming etc

G'day,

I have a lenovo laptop and a bluetooth mouse. For some reason when i use the scroll wheel, it scrolls down rather than zoom, (or the other normal activities with ctrl and shift). I have tried excluding Revit.exe from intellizoom mouse control panel. I have also looked in the forums and basically found out that it is not possible to change the normal functions of the mouse wheel in REVIT. This anomaly is driving me crazy. Any suggestions as how i would get back to the standard setup?

We've had similar problems in the past.
What usually fixed it was to make sure the Mouse Wheel function is set to "Middle Mouse Button". Also, the Lenovos have a Touch Pad, the TrackPoint (Eraser button) AND usually a Mouse attached. Sometimes the laptop gets confused which is which. I typically disable the TouchPad.
