Wall & Structural Column join

I have a problem joining the concrete columns shown with the wall.
The wall has some layers that get mixed up after the join.
I believe I need to join them to get the exact QTO.
What am I doing wrong?

Wall layers get messed up when the column is inside the core boundaries of the wall.
For now, I will go with 2 walls joined to look like one, but it shouldn't be this way!

After I tried few things, it looks like the problem is in your window family. Joining works fine with any other window I inserted in that wall.

It's not in the window family.
I also tried this situation with OOTB windows.
It only happens when the wall closure plan intersects the columns.
I am now working with 2 joined walls.
Besides this issue, I also hate this construction system: double masonry walls with insulation and a air gap that never gets ventilated.
