Is it possible to create a new tool pallet? The default pallet that comes with 2010 is too crowded for me. I would like to create one that is specific to my disipline. If it is possilbe where do I fuine the info to do this?

At the bottom of the Palette's titlebar is a square box with a menu on it. Click it and there's an option for creating a new palette. As to getting more info, have you tried looking in help?

btw, the way you spelled palette is the kind that you use with a forklift.

You can also just right click on any tab and select "New Palette." The way to add items is to just drag and drop them. However they have to be in a format like blocks, linetypes, or some entity that can be inserted into a drawing. My suggestion is to create a dwg file and put everything in that file that you want in your palette, and save it in a place that will never change, because if the location of the file changes, then the entity will not work. If you have any other questions just let me know.
