Does anyone know how to change the settings for the Function Keys, ie. F3, F4, etc.... Mine have changed to be OSnap and I would like to change them back.

You can define them in the ***ACCELERATORS section of your menu file, for instance...
["F5"]^C^CMove

Hi
Please note I've *moved* this thread from the ACAD 2005 General (http://forums.augi.com/forumdisplay.php?f=58) Forum to this one as I feel this particular Forum is a more appropriate place for such a topic.
Thanks, Mike

Hi
Give the search facility a try, you should be able to find a lot of relevant and useful information -
Search Forums (http://forums.augi.com/search.php?)
Have a good one, Mike

I am a little confused as to rplato's response for the short cut keys. Could someone help clear up where I can find this?

What version of Autocad is this for ? As I am having heaps of problems trying to do this in Version 2006.

I'm still using 2005, but either of these ways should work. (findfile "acad.mnu") at the command line to find it, use an ASCII editor like notepad to edit it the ***ACCELERATORS section is at the end of the file. The easier way if you're not familar with working with menu files may be to enter "customize" at the command line and pick the keyboard tab, then find the command and add your keyboard shortcut.

there isn't mnu in 2006... you convert your mnu to a cui (xml based) and edit that...

From everything I've read it's still there, but when the mnu file is reloaded you get a cui instead of a mnc and a mnr. Does the "customize" command not work anymore in 2006?
