Rebar placement

Dear all,

When I try to place my rebar at speciffic workplane, it doesnt move and get sticked to its previous position.
when I tried to move it by disjoining it will jump to either above or below from the workplane but will never align to my workplane.
Really urgent,

I have never aligned my rebar to a work plane, but I have had issues with rebar moving on it's own. The problem I usually run into is my rebar coverage settings are not allowing the rebar to go where I want it.

Just a suggestion.

Try this...

Mouse over the bar near the segment you want to move. Use tab select to tab in a select the rebar shape handle for that segement. Once you make the selection you should see a temporary dimension measuring the distance from the shape handle to the face of the concrete element. Grab the drag control on that temp dim to change the dimension reference to your reference plane. Now set the dimension to 0.
