Angled Walls

I am trying to center my signs on angled walls and I can't find the correct view to make this happen. I have tried to put an elevation facing directly on the wall but that creates a message that the view is not orthogonal and can't be dimensioned. Any suggestions?

Using the plane command, select the angled wall's face. Go to a 3d view. Select View / Orient. A dialog will pop up giving you plane choices. Select user.

You'll now be orthoganal to that wall.

When Andrewg says the "plane" command - he means - Tools > Workplane >Set workplane > Pick a plane.
