Where's the web library

I've been trying to access the Revit 7.0 subscription library.
The library comes up fine, but when I try to download a family, I get a page not found error.
The only place I can go from there is the Revit / Autodesk home page.

What's happening?

Maybe it was a server or ISP glitch. It appaears to be working OK now.

I noticed a problem downloading from the web library using Firefox, but it worked fine with IE.
