Has anyone got any idea how to make projected pods with glass on certain sides.

I think we would need to see a sketch. There are many ways to make a projected bay window. You could make a number of different solid and opaque panels that you can set visibility parameters to turn on and off for different family types.

-Windows or curtainwall/storefront for glazed sides.

-Walls for opaque front panels

-Roof with glass material

-Group the whole thing.

Away you go.
