I am trying to rotate a structural CHS on the vertical plain, as it only allows me to rotate it on the horizontal plain ame. How can i do this.

The Subscription Advantage Pack has new Structural tools which allow for structural columns to be tilted.

You have to go to the subscription website and download the Advantage Pack,
then you should have the new tools.
