chamfer corners

I have a corner condition where a small portion of a thick wall is chamfered - see pic. The plan cut was achieved using the Edit Cut Profile tool, however the interior elevations shows the wall joining at 90 deg. This project has many, many identical corner conditions like this and I'm leary of creating an in-place void family for each one (or copying) to solve the problem because of memory - it's a big building.
I tried three walls, but that doesn't work.

Does anyone know of a way to create a void family that will do the trick?

My last structural model required me to place 130+ individual in-place voids for my pier block outs. My current project will also require about 150+ "cut by face" to get my concrete beam to join properly. First project was 180ksf, struct file size was 65mb, Arch was 160mb. Makes for a real pain, and if you need to change a section of the wall and you've modified the corner, you get to start all over again and add them back to both wall you've touched.

Try using a vertical reveal instead.
