Rectangle - Snap Points

I am running AC2009.
Using the rec command I draw a rectangle. Now selecting snap points I'm only able to select 2 end points and 1 midpoint, where there should be 4 end points and 4 mid points.

This however is not consistent within the drawing as some rectangles are normal.

As anyone come across this and know how to fix it?

Could you post a dwg showing this issue?

Here is just one of the files.
Go to modle space and try drawing a rectangle.

Note when you in the 3D wire space you can not pick all the mid points etc, but in 2d wire space you can.

Seems to work fine on my AC2008 - see screen capture. Possibilities are 2009 install corrupt somehow, RAM too little, CPU not fast enough, GPU not working well with ACad, etc. This type of "snap not found" error is usually due to performance problems - especially while in a 3d environment.
