Issuing a CCD sketch on 8.5x11 sheet size

What is the best method for handling issuing a CCD Sketch on 8.5x11 paper size?

Duplicate the view with detailing and crop the view box around area you need?

Duplicate the view as an indipendent view and crop the view box around the area you need?

Use the call out tool to create the view for the CCD Sketch?

All of those work. I would use the callout personally because I like the ref. You can even make a new view type of floor plan view or detail view called CCD and they'll sort together. Just pick on the crop boundary or from view properties and where it says "floor plan" click "edit type" then duplicate. this will sort them on your project browser.
