Im having a difficult time showing hidden lines in elevation in revit structure 2009.
- i have a 1:100 elevation showing a upstand wall about 1200mm high and behind it a steel
column approx 5000mm high and i want the hidden portion of the column to be shown in hidden line and the un-hidden portion to be shown in a thick line however revit shows the hole thing in a thick line which is incorrect.
-as i have a number of these situations i want to avoid useing the linework overide.
-I've had a look through the forum and found this tip:

however i tried it and when i change the dicipline back to structural it goes back to being a thick line :(
any help is appreciated!!
